Don't be held captive by negative emotions

You can be free of the negative emotions related to painful or traumatic memories without having to re-live them again and again. Some methods you can learn to do on your own if you want, or you can hire a coach (me!) to help walk you through it.

The different methods I use are all remarkable tools -- which in some respects may be seen as unbelievable based on what we've been taught in the area of psychology. However, in most cases, they can quickly relieve many types of emotional upset. I have also found they can be very helpful tools in spiritual warfare as well.

They can help you to make lasting change in many areas of your life and they have proven helpful for a wide variety of emotional (as well as physical) issues including:

• phobias
• relief from haunting or traumatic memories
• as an aid to homework / study.
• sports and other types of performance.
• unwanted habits

Part of my coaching / ministry involves discovering the 'strongholds' that have been built through earlier experiences, and then using one of these tools to remove the emotional hold. These 'strongholds' will generally be in the form of a lie-based belief. We will work to discover any of these beliefs that have been hindering you and replace them with God's truth (i.e. using the 'sword of the Lord'), to help you come to the Truth of who you are in Christ Jesus.

My approach as a coach will be to focus primarily on emotional events or related aspects of your issue(s), and not to be 'looking for the devil behind every bush'. Then I also generally look for a few related passages of scripture for you to meditate and/or tap on as homework.
